They have friendly, helpful staff and offer excellent customer service. Probably the best card game store in Metro Vancouver and I have visited a lot of stores. If they have it a product in stock, the price is probably the best you’ll find. Their website is also clean and easy to navigate. In the last 5 months I have recommended the store to at least 6-7 friends and they all love it.

Great prices, and excellent customer service! The communication is friendly, helpful and most importantly: responsive. There’s no black box the team goes into where they cannot be reached.

I collected Pokemon cards a long time ago, and had questions about getting back into it. I didn’t get his name, but the staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly! Good prices too.
