Shady way of doing business, Lacks transperancy, very unclear and unprofessional way of dealing with clients.Met with the owner Manpriya, spoke to the receptionist thrice( once in person and twice over the phone)every time I spoke to them, they Came up with new hidden charges for applying one single thing. Trying to create confusions unnecessarily. Once I called them out on everything wrong they did while handling my situation they threatened me off not taking up my case/job at all. I ended up withdrawing doing any kind of business with them ,because their way of dealing was very unprofessional.

I must give at-least one star but my opinion she deserve less than that. Unfortunately, I went their to notarize invitation letter & it was two pages with standard size font, A4 size pages. Receptionist took papers after mentioned fees that was $30. I said okay and she took my ID’s to follow procedure. After 5 minutes, she handover an envelope and charged me $30. Then, I handover envelope to my immigration consultant. I received call from my consultant next noon that she did blunder mistake because she notarized only last paper even though all necessary information was on first page, last page held was only “thank you” and my name. What the hell. Now story begun, I collected papers from consultant and heading towards madam. Now my concerns are
1: Unprofessionalism on workplace: she charged me $ 30 for 5 minutes that means she have to provide best services to customers because nobody earned that much. Instead, she tried to begin misguide by her silly dialogues. I showed her two more invitations which I notarized last year from rajdeep randhawa, Now she wear a stupid smile on her face.
2: Arguments: she back with both notarized paper and gave me advice that next time print on one paper. I replied that we cannot do that because I wrote up standard size. She don’t know anything about her profession.
Secondly, she said next time tell us that you need both paper notarized. Her words realized me how dumb lady she is. An illiterate person can find out that if somebody gave two papers that means something, otherwise I am not fool like her, I can give on last paper. Also, I could notarized last paper and change the information on first page. How immigration knows that information is correct or not. At the end, she showed me attitude instead of sorry.
Lastly my experience was too bad, I gave 33% high pay, other notary public charges $20. Secondly, I wasted my time around two hours in all that second trip, I burnt extra fuel around 55km in second trip, delay in my immigration process.
If any one like me need to go there then please cross check her work And correct her at the same time.
