Any chance I get to talk about the meals I eat, it is followed by a glowing review of Jon’s Newtrition Kitchen. I can not say enough good things about Jon and his company. My boyfriend and I have been ordering from Jon for 2 and half years, religiously! Service is always amazing! Delivery service is a HUGE convenience, they just drop the meals at our door!!! I have even catered lunch for my clients with Jon’s Newtrition Kitchen. Jon is apart of our family! We love him!
Thank you Jon for always double checking if I have an order when I forget. Thank you for creating quality meals altered to our needs. Thank you for your service, friendliness and caring heart. We appreciate you!

I am not one to write reviews, though with my experience with Jon’s Newtrition. I feel it was my duty to let others know of their poor communication and inconsideration for others time.. I was so excited to try Jon’s service… Though with such poor customer service, choosing another more reputable meal prep service was the best decision I could have made. I have never seen a company? That avoids a customers phone calls and emails. I first communicated to Jon that I would like to place an order for my whole family, Jon assured me he would get back to me with a quote. Through many emails and calls still nothing but mix ups. (I’ve never heard/ seen a customer chase after a business to place an order) The following day I communicated with Jon once more, he assured me that by 12pm I would receive a quote. Yet nothing, I still don’t know why it would be so difficult to tell a customer a price? No replies to any of my emails, or multiple phone calls. I’ve never seen a company that ignores customers and doesn’t want business? This was a week ago, yet no one has said a word to this day. Truly disappointed that a company is run with such unprofessionalism & lack of organization. If this has happened before even placing an order, I would not want to imagine how its like being a customer with an unstable service & the anxiety it would cause for someone depending on a meal plan. I would put no stars if I could.

Always on time, food is always fresh, 10/10, by far best meal prep service I’ve ever used. Highly recommended & prices are unbeatable!
